Executive leadership training that changes how your organisation listens to you

Most leadership courses hand you a binder and a certificate. We give you twelve weeks of live practice, honest feedback from peers who run real teams, and a coach who has sat in the chair you sit in now. The difference shows up in your next board meeting.

Senior leader facilitating a strategy session in a modern boardroom

Four phases, twelve weeks, one measurable shift

We built this process after watching hundreds of senior leaders attend training, feel inspired for a fortnight, then slide back into old patterns. Each phase locks in a specific capability before the next one begins. Nothing is theoretical; every exercise uses your actual team dynamics, your real budget pressures, your current stakeholders.

01

Diagnostic interview

A 90-minute one-to-one session where we map your decision-making habits, communication defaults and the three relationships that most affect your influence. You leave with a written influence profile.

02

Pressure rehearsals

Three weeks of simulated high-stakes conversations: restructuring announcements, investor Q&As, difficult performance reviews. Recorded on video, reviewed frame by frame with your coach.

03

Peer cabinet

You join a cohort of five other executives from different sectors. Weekly 75-minute sessions where each person presents a live challenge. The group pressure-tests your thinking before you act.

04

Embedding sprint

Four weeks of applying new behaviours inside your organisation, with fortnightly check-ins. We measure observable change using a 360-degree micro-survey sent to your direct reports and board colleagues.

What changed for these leaders

Portrait of a senior financial services executive

CFO, financial services (London)

Board approval rate rose from 60% to 92% in one quarter

After the pressure-rehearsal phase, this CFO restructured how he presented capital allocation proposals. He stopped leading with spreadsheets and started leading with strategic narrative. His finance team noticed the shift within two weeks.

COO, SaaS company (Cardiff)

Team attrition dropped from 28% to 11% within six months

Her peer cabinet helped her see that her default communication style was creating anxiety rather than urgency. Two specific changes in how she ran Monday stand-ups reversed a retention problem that HR had been trying to solve for a year.

Before you get in touch

Executives, directors and senior managers who already lead teams or functions and want to increase their influence with boards, investors or cross-functional peers. If you manage fewer than ten people or are early in your career, our programme will feel premature. We are happy to recommend alternatives that suit your stage.

The full programme asks for roughly three hours a week: one 90-minute coaching or peer session, 30 minutes of preparation and 30 to 60 minutes of practice tasks you do inside your normal working day. The board-ready intensive is 90 minutes per week plus about an hour of prep.

Yes. We schedule 1:1 sessions between 07:00 and 21:00 GMT. Peer-cabinet times are fixed per cohort, but we run morning and evening cohorts to accommodate different time zones and diary patterns.

A 30-minute conversation where we learn about your role, your current influence challenges and what outcome would make the investment worthwhile. There is no sales pitch. If we think you are not a fit, we will say so and point you elsewhere.

We offer a full refund if you complete the diagnostic phase and decide the programme is not right for you. After the second phase begins, refunds are prorated based on sessions remaining. We put this in writing before you pay.
